Broder & Sasche, a real estate services company in Michigan, recently split their Maintenance and Mechanical divisions into two separate companies, Brewster Maintenance and Stuart Mechanical. They needed two logos that were similar, but different enough to stand alone.

I also got to design letterhead, business cards, and van wraps for each company.
